Complaint Review: Vision Inc. Electronics Store

Using false information and distracting my attention, the person imposing as manager and two of the shop employees, charged my credit cards with the amount of $ 4,660.- for the purchase of merchandise of a value of approximately $ 2,000.- which I never intended to buy.

Confused as I was and not having the possibility of neither cash, nor credit cards refund, I agreed to exchange the items for something more useful.

Being at their mercy, following items were sold to me:

A SONY DCR-IP5 camcorder (value of $ 7901,200) for, $ 3,354.16

A case LCMPX (value $35-50) for $ 189.15

Two micro cassettes (value $11-15) for $199.20

A cleaning cassette for $99.25
