My husband ordered their product to help with vision loss. There was a 30 day return policy.
During the 30 days, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and one of the symptoms is vision impairment.
We never even opened the box; tapes returned in shrink wrap, books unopened, but we returned it after the 30 days due to the stress of the diagnosis.
I totally forgot we even had it until my credit card was billed.
They told my husband the purchase price was $69.95, when in fact it is 5 payments of $69.95 totaling over $350.00.
They will not produce the tape.
I offered, several times, to provide medical documentation and they would even acknowledge my offer.
