Vision Investing Group - Thom Butlers Short Sale Magic Robert Williams 888-686-6886 ext 105 American Fork Utah
Robert Williams works for Vison Investing Group as what they call a Senior Director, or an Executive Director. He is not. Do Not Trust Him. He is a Sales Closer - it's his job to take your money, and make you spend more than you should
Vision Investing Group inc. has a sales floor that sells mentoring plans for Real Estate Investing under the premise of Short Sales by Thom Butler.
Robert Williams is not to be trusted make sure you read below.
I ordered Thom Butlers Short Sale Magic book and DVD and CD-Rom. It was a joke, it told you about Short Sales, but not HOW to perform a Short Sale. This is a gimic to get you to either call them, or answer the phone when they call you.
I spoke with someone on the James Smith Sales Floor and they described the process they use to hook you.
Step 1. They call you and try to get you to admit you need help to perform Short Sales. You do, because you spent $49.95 on total crap this first person is called a "Setter" and they take you through first a "Introduction" to get your guard down, then a "Blast" to show you they have a solution for you(Which is their mentoring) then a "Probe" which is where they find out if you have money. Then they "Build The Dream" so they can get you emotionally excited about investing in your future(Total Crap). Then comes the Commitments:
They tell you that you need to commit to four things before you can speak to their Senior Director.
--1. Time you will need 5-10 hours a week to do this can you?
--2. Open-Minded you need to be teachable
--3. Decision Maker -- We are looking for people who can start immediately in other words decision makers not procrastinators.
--4. Then they make you commit to a financial decision 3-5 5-7 7-10,000
Then they do a take away, are you sure you want to do this? part as ways, etc.. they want you to try and chase them so you are ready for their Senior Director(Closer Robert Williams)
The Director really doesn't go through any kind of information, he merely tells you what the program is and then tries to close you on a price.
My suggestions:
Tell the Setter exactly what they want to hear especially when it comes to your money. Tell them you have three Credit Cards that have about $4,500 available on each. plus you have a savings account that has $6,000 in it. this will get you to the Director and make sure you are screwing Robert Williams He is a snake that tried to tell me the only investment was $15,000 even though I could have gotten the program for $4,000
Ask lot's of buying questions. tell him what he wants to hear. then in the end hang up on him.
