My sister just had a horrible experience with you tonight, there is no glue on her glasses-Vision Works-states that if there were glue on the glasses that the glue would eat right through the lenses. Dr. Chen’s office stated this also.

The reason the glasses broke was because they were tightened too tight by your technician two weeks ago. The right nose piece had fallen off and the technician put it back on and said that the glasses were very well maintained for being 3 years old. Dr. Lee told her to not let anyone else touch these frames and no one has and to be accused of putting glue on them is ludicrous especially since two places said that there was not any glue on them.

I will be posting all over the internet stating this and that this was not corrected at the time it happened and you refuse to correct it even when she called up there to pay for the prescription.

Do you have a sign somewhere that states you can and do refuse service to people? If not, isn’t that just wrong?

Dr. Chen’s office also states that the customer service there is a lot to be desired.
