Complaint Review: VISION PREMIER CARD

VISION PREMIER CARD Vision Premier blocked my card for no reason. They told me to send in documents to verify my I.d. I sent in all requested documents through fax and email,several times.After waiting for 3 days I called and was told that not only was my card unblocked but cancelled.I waited 7 months for the Irs to deposit my tax refund onto this card.I used the card 3 times and now this.This is the worst card ever! I have a bad feeling that my money wasn't sent back to the Irs and will be kept on the card so they can charge some type of fee until all my money is gone.I have over $1,300 on that card and I want my MONEY! TEXAS

Vision Premier card blocked my card for no reason.

I used my card 3 times and they blocked it.

I was told to send in several documents,which I did.

Not only did I fax the information I also emaild it.

After waiting 3 days,I called to find out if my card was unblocked.

Not only did they not unblock my card,It was cancelled and I was told

that my funds was sent back to the Irs.I waited 7 months for the Irs to deposit

my refund onto my card and now they send it back to the Irs?I really think that my

money will not be sent back to the Irs but kept on my card so they can charge fees

until it's all gone.I have over $1,300 on that card and I want my money!
