 I have been using Vision Prepaid for a quite some time now. I've never had any major problems until about a month ago, in which I tried to file a dispute. I ordered some purple and gold Nike tennis shoes online and two weeks later I received a pair of counterfeit red and blue Nikes that were not in a box but wrapped in plastic. The website had a US name but was really based in China. I called the number on the card and wrote down all of the information to send in for the dispute process. I mailed this info to the company and a week later, my info is returned to sender. I tried faxing my info to them and the fax number doesnt even exist. I then called the company and it took about 5 minutes of pressing buttons to even reach a customer service rep , in which they charge you for. I explained to him what was going on, and he put me on hold at least 5 different times. Every time he comes back to the call he tells me that we are making progress on the dispute. After wasting about 35 minutes of my time, he tells to send the mechandise back. This would actually cost more than the shoes ($69) to ship back to China. He then tells me that this is the only way they can start the dispute process. So he just flat out lied about making progress in the dispute. I'm starting a bank account today, which is what I should have done in the first place. I'm calling this a loss and thankful that it wasn't more money wasted away. Stay far away from this company as possible.
