When one signs up for this awful card - Vision Prepaid Mastercard, there are NO Terms and Agreements up front, it is HIDDEN.
Compared to NetSpend they charge $0.95 to load, NetSpend FREE.
Compared to NetSpend they charge to speak to a Customer Rep. - Netspend FREE
Compared to NetSpend (worst of all) $2.95 when an auto-responder hits your card!

In 1.5 months I was charged $52.00 in fees, decline fees and other, NetSpend FREE!
To talk to a Customer Rep, a charge of $1.95 and you are in a queue anyway.

Vision Prepaid is a RipOff and Scam and that's my report. Don't ever buy their card.
I dropped NetSpend because they always has 'server' problems, but...

NetSpend never charged  for loading on top of their stations like Ace Express,
NetSpend never charged for 'declined' hits on the card.
NetSpend never charged for speaking to a Customer Rep. - ever!

This Company needs to be banned, ostracized and destroyed, a BAD Company.
