Vision Prepaid Ripoff Houston, Texas
I have sent a previous complaint about this company. I was contacted back about my previous complaint against Vision Pre-paid, I spoke with a supervisor Makeisha Gibbs there and she was able to refund me some of the fees that I was charged, she then told me I have the wrong card and needed to get Vision Premier Pre-paid card so that I would not have all these fees taken out, well how about I already have that card but still having fees taken out. I am still unhappy with this suppose to be PREPAID CARD company, I have tried to make several purchases and there is money on the card that I loaded the card with but have been decline due to the fact that vision card takes out weekly fees, charged a activation fee, live customer service fee when you to talk to a representative and whatever other fees they want to take out. This is very unfair when you take your own money and load up the card but they then turn around and take it right out. Since I am very fed up with this company I am requesting the money that I load on the card refunded to me $40.00 plus the activation fee of $9.95. Currently I have $0.00 balance.
I tried to purchase music off line but was decline by iTunes stating that Vision Card could not recognize my account, but as you can see below it was authorized and approved from my account. I called iTunes and they stated that it was declined due to no funds but there was money on the card. I was charged 4 times.

Total of $13.62 which means I paid $26.38 in fees and this is suppose to be a prepaid card.
