vision quest media Free 3 day trials ..bull deceptive company internet Internet
This is kind of embarresing, but I am so mad about this I figured it had to be said. Plus I strongly suspect I am not the only person who has been tricked here. I think it is about time that people got over the embarresment and spoke up because this is so wrong and it needs to be reported.
So, here is my story. My boyfriend and I where looking for ways to spice up our love life so we decided to check out sex site. We joined for what was advertised as a 3 day free trial period and where told that if we cancelled before the trial was up we would not be charged. Well, we did indeed cancel and we cancelled the ver same day we joined. I know that I cancelled my membership because I can no longer access the site
However, when I received my credit card statement I found that I had been charged a monthly fee for that service even after I cancelled. I figured ok there must have been some sort of mistake here so I tried to contact them to clear this matter up. However, the only way to contact them is by email and they just ignore those. There is no phone number, there is no address. There is no way to contact them and get them to stop charging me for a service that I no longer have.
I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, but I do not know how that will turn out. I am reporting this because even though people don't admit it, some people do indeed visit online sex sites. I think if you are of age then there is nothing wrong with that. What I do think is wrong is when a company offers a free trial period and still charges you even if you cancel within the alloted time.
THIS IS SUCH CRAP and it is wrong and I think something should be done about it to stop these types of site from ripping people off by being dishonest and tricking them.
