Vision Studios - RIP-OFF SOFTWARE THAT DONT' WORK AS PROMISED under FPSCHEATS.COM Clayton North Carolina
After purchasing a subscription with Paypal from website FPSCHEATS.COM owned by Vision Studios,; we were not satisfied with the results of the product since more than a 75% of the time is not working. We cancel our second term subscription on May 5, 2009 and requested a refund by email on several occasion from Vision Studios , in NC : vsllc@nc.rr.com aside calling several times their Tel# 919-986-2915 but it just rings and no one ever answer the phone.

The software was not downloaded for the term charged in May 2nd and auto-subscription was cancel on May 5th. Therefore, there's no record of us ever using their software on the second term that they charged our account. Their lack of professionalism and adolescent like responses on their (twice received) emails leads us to believe the kind of irresponsible business that they're running and the integrity of its core when dealing with customers/clients. The individual(s) dealing with our issue of a refund never did identify themselves not even out of courtesy? Which leads us to believe this is a scam business of a non working product as oppose state in their website.
We will be filing a Better Business Bureau complain against Vision Studios - vsllc@nc.rr.com - 919-986-2915 in North Carolina at www.bbb.org and we have file a claim as of today in PAYPAL. In addition, we have file a stop-payment with our credit card company as well. Below find more info and please REPORT them when they are not in compliance to the appropriate channels.

Hello,
We are very sorry your so upset. Our website has 120,000 users online and we do everything possible to make them all very happy. The programs do quit working week end and week out because of updates. We understand this and fix them ASAP. As far as your subscription getting charged we have nothing to do with that as the paypal subscriptions are automatic and you have to cancel yourself as posted on our site. I'm sorry you think we are not very professional but I can promise you we do our best to reply fast, help out and keep things running smooth. I alone get about 500 emails a day so at times it is hard to keep up. =) As far as answering the phone we will get to it if you leave a message with us but some people call over and over again at 3 or 4 am so we do shut it down during non working hours. But anyone who leaves a voice mail will be called back.
