Complaint Review: Visionary Sound Productions

DO NOT do business with this psycho!  My company built him a brand new website.  After he gleefully paid the final Invoice, he had a psychological meltdown and threw a fit because his new web files were not named with an (.html) extension!  The total cost of his project was a mere $300, because he was a customer for years and we gave him a price break.  He flipped out and sent me an email speaking to me as if I were a dog!  I guess he thought I'd sit back and accept that kind of attitude!  I let it ride until he kept on emailing me speaking to me like I was trash.  So, I sent back to him what he dished out and he couldn't take it and filed with BBB on my company ... which is no big deal, ha!  What a psycho!!!  BEWARE of doing business with this company as he has multiple personalities and is a volatile person with which to mingle.  BUYER BEWARE!
