I am filing a second complaint against Charles and Kim Petty of Visionary Publishing. I was contacted last week and asked by Charles Petty to remove my original complaint that I filled in May. I filed the complaint because I worked as a virtual assistant for Mr. Petty and he failed to pay me the money he owed me for the work I completed for him. He agreed to pay me if I would remove my comment. He then sent me an email saying that the payment had been sent to my paypal account and to remove the comment NOW. The funny thing was, there was no money from Mr. Petty in my paypal account. When I notified him of this, I got another excuse, which I also received months ago which said that he was having problems with his paypal account. I know for a fact that Mr. Petty has several paypal accounts which he accepts payments from poor individuals who believe he can make them lots of money. However, when he is to refund money to people who know what a rip off he is or he owes his help for the work they have completed for him, there is suddenly a problem with his account. BEWARE and do not trust this man. He has gone as low as to make up people that work for his company and sends out emails using their name and it is really a young child of his. Pitiful! I know this because I have printed proof from HIS personal email address. I am happy to keep answering questions for those needing more info. on this man and his so called company. I hope I have helped those of you who have sent me previous emails. People like this need to be stopped. This man and his lack of not paying employees have literally ruined peoples lives. They have lost homes, had bank accounts frozen and more. Luckily, we all got together and caught on rather quickly. I know of one other lady that he still owes $2000 for that she will never see. Please let me know should you have further questions. I will not remove or update my complaint until my money is received.

I tried to actually order something from them online a little over two weeks ago.
This was the error message I got...

It makes me question how successful they truly are when practically everything they use is broken or doesn't work properly. Even their sales letters are written poorly and unprofessionally.
I've come to the conclusion that perhaps they are simply amateurs who aren't really successful, but portray themselves to be, like many on the internet. I wish them well, but they need to get these things fixed before any fellow real estate investor will take them seriously.
A final note, reputable companies don't hide behind bogus addresses and phone numbers. That's a key right there. If you are trying to hide from your customers and don't respond to their concerns (like they did to me) then there are other places to spend our money.
