Recently upgraded my PC operating system to Windows XP. Since doing this my Visioneer 6100USB scanner will not work. Via e-mails back and forth to Visonner, they do not intend to make a driver to work with my scanner. Ever!

My scanner is relatively new, and now I cannot ever use it with my present operationg system of Windows XP.

I think Visioneer should make provisions for owners of the 6100 series.

After frequent attempts to contact them by telephone, you are placed on hold, and they never come back!

What are my options?
