 I purchased a Visioneer 9520 scanner in Feb., 2010. After installing the software, the device would not work. I then contacted their technical support group in late Feb; 2-3 weeks after purchase. She could do nothing to help resolve the problem after we worked together for 5 weeks. I told her we were going to be gone from this computer until Jan., 2011. I tried then to get the product to work, but again, without success. I then contacted their customer service and asked to return the unit. She told me the product was "out of warrenty". I then contacted their sales department, but never got a response.
 This company has a "scam" warrenty. Even though I contacted them about problems well within their 30 days claimed warrenty, tried to work with them to get the unit working, they refused a return and replacement or refund.
 I strongly recomment NO ONE purchase anything from this company. Their product is crap and the service even worse.
