Complaint Review: VISIONEER

Visioneer, a large major player in the computer industry, keeps turning out Scanner Devices which fall far short of their marketing and Visioneer basically refuses to quit such practices and/or provide solutions to the hundreds and possibly thousands of unsuspecting people like myself that have been tempted to continue to purchase Visioneer's garbage!

Something should be done and soon! They are so lame, they don't even provide a SUPPORT E-mail address. After all, they know their E-mail Servers would be swamped.
