We believed what we were told, it sounded feasible and they were very convincing, however we have since found that every time you get to a point of a sale Visions suddenly changes the rules. Also the person assigned to work with us called (our coach) we discovered would tell tall tales and trying to get a hold of this person sometimes was almost impossible while at the same time we were always told they would always be available. Teleconferences were suppose to be happen every week yet on many occasions those calls didn't come, when questioned we were told by a secretary who would call usually a day later that our coach tried reaching us on all of our phones but there was no answer. Funny because we would always be sitting right next to the land line phone waiting and it wasn't ringing nor did the two cell phones we had. Apparently these people are not too bright because that excuse wore thin after the first time it was used. All three phones have a ringer, all have caller ID and all have voice message. I find it quite odd that none rang, none had any voice mail messages and none had any numbers for incoming calls showing, at least from this company. I hate it when people project thinking they can lie and blame someone else for what they did or didn't do.

Then there are the guarantees; we paid for 4 courses, 3 have never even been addressed by Visions and the first one everything they guarantee has proved false. They claim you will earn 25,000 in 90 days or less, it's been almost 8 months and we haven't seen a dime of income. They claim Acquire 4 properties a month using our cash and our credit, funny every time I had someone willing to sell; Vision no longer offered the option under that price range or I was told by my coach "I didn't tell you that" Yes he did. Next Evaluate and analyze any opportunity with ease; we have spent hundreds of hours trying to make an income while they swore you needed to only spend about 5 hours a week. Sale any home within 9 days or we will buy your home at full market value; funny we couldn't even get them to follow through on buying one home that that the bank was going to let go on a short sale for 350,000 while the owner still owed 595,000 so I guess that statement wasn't true now was it? These are just a few of the misleading claims this company makes and then they project and are always saying that if you put forth the effort YOU WILL succeed you will make a great deal of money. I think after almost 8 months, spending a lot of money in addition to what we already gave them and contacting literally hundreds and hundreds of people, I personally contacted over 700 and I hired someone else to call and make contact with many more then we should have made some money and yet our income to date is 0.00 our expenses I don't even want to comment on. Don't be fooled by smooth convincing talkers and if you have been scammed fight to get back what you were guaranteed you would get back if you made nothing using their program.

I also live in Gresham OR, and just received a promotional letter indicating that Strategic Wealth and Capital Group is hlding a seminar in my area on April 9,10,11,and 12th. As with ANY of these things I always check Rip off Report to check on legitimacy....well, I couldn't find anything, however I went to their web site which you can't search for, but is the first letters of their name .com, and low and behold all of the same characters are running the show. I was only able to find Visions Investment Group by searching the president Jonathan Lowry. This entity is based in Wyoming, which I see another reader has commented.

Again, ANYTIME I see multiple operating entities it is a HUGE red flag as this tells me that there is negativity associated with the company. No company creates a new name for themselves, name recognition and marketing dollars spent would be wasted. Imagine any legitimate company re-naming themselves after supposedly being so successfull, wouldn't happen, only the bad ones re-name and re-invent themselves.

I would just like to say, in reading the reports of others who were misled by this company, I think we got hit the hardest. I am disabled and I have literally gone into debt signing up with this company because I truly believed what I was told. We put out 7,385.00 that is more than my income for a year from my disability and to find this company cares nothing about literally taking food out of someones mouth is pretty bad. These people claim to be Mormons at least our coach Byron Workman said he was and Utah is a Mormon State. Is this the stigma these people want attached to thier religion? Are they allowed to remain in good standing with thier congregations, their church while they literally lead lives contrary to what they claim to be? we need this money back to survive to repay our debts we incurred in borrowing this money as well as other debts we need to pay on. I don't understand how people can claim to be christians and literally rob the poor, those who do this betray their faith and bring reproach upon the god they serve. It reminds me of Judas who claimed to follow Christ while at the same time betraying him. It sickens me and has put a great hardship upon myself and my family. All we can do is pray that someone in this company see's the harm they have caused us and hope that they will want to clean thier conscience and give back what they wrongfully took from us.
