After many months of written letters sent certified and registered to this company pleading for a reund of my initial investment of $1000, they have refused to refund my money or answer my correspondence. I signed up with the company in early January after they visited my city to conduct a seminar regarding making money on real estate buying and selling.

I signed up the day after the seminar and sent them $1000. They sent me a website that didn't work properly and failed to keep coaching appointments that they made. I worked diligently at their program anyway and they refused all properties I sent to them. On March 22, 2007, I decided they weren't cooperating with me and contacted them to opt out of the program. I was told to send a letter by fax which I did the next day.

After not hearing from them for months, I sent a letter to the BBB and Attorney General of Utah. Visions never answered the BBB until late May 2007. Visions sent me a letter on May 19th from their Vice President of Operations stating that they would refund my $1000 if I would sign and date the letter and fax it back to them. I did so on May 22nd.

After not hearing from them, I sent a certified letter to Mr. Jonathan L. Lowry on 11 May stating that I would take legal action him and the company. The letter was returned marked UNCLAIMED. On June 8th, I sent a registered letter to Mr. Eric Foster's letter of May 19th advising that he take immediate action by sending $1000 in overnight mail.

No response as of today. If anyone has filed a complaint about this company, please feel free to e-mail me. This scam company should be put out of business because they have stolen thousands from us who want to make a decent living.

Visions Investment Group has moved to Wyoming

Received ANOTHER solicitation from this company- I was unable to attend a previous "Free Training Workshop" - (Letter came from American Fork, but they are registered with the State of Utah at an address in Salt Lake City) - but now the address at the bottom of the letter is: Visions Investment Group, LLC / 849 Front Street, Suite 203 / Evanston, Wyoming 82930 / Phone 1-800-381-3351.

This address is the ReMax Real Estate building in Evanston. (I have a daugher who lives there and checked it out for me). Although the BBB rates this company as "unsatisfactory" and the move to Wyoming looks suspicious, (lots of red flags on this company!) I intend to attend their session this Saturday (11/17/07) - but (Thanks to Ripoff Report dot com and the BBB) I will NOT contract to spend money with them - I will counter-offer to work with them and pay them IF and WHEN I make money from their program. We'll see if they accept the offer!

Check back after 11/18/07 for results.

Over one year with Visions and still satisfied

I began as a student of Visions Investment Group over a year ago. When I first started, I worked very hard for several months trying to find properties for them and I also had no success. Due to personal events in my life, birth of a baby and moving, I didn't have time to continue for the next several months.

But even during that time, my coaches at Visions helped me a great deal. They gave me advice about purchasing my own home and borrowing money that before I thought I could never do. I even invested additional money with Visions back in 2006 and I receive interest checks every month. I also learned later that my initial problems with finding properties were due to the fact that I was going about it from the wrong perspective.

I have also found that Texas is one of the hardest states to locate properties in that meet their criteria due to low property values here as compared with other states.

One other comment about Visions' owner, Jon Lowry. Back in Feb/Mar. 2007, I went to a home seller-auction in Arizona, that Visions was conducting. After I had already bought my airline tickets, the date got changed due the President's Day holiday. Because I had advanced purchased the tickets, I couldn't get a refund or change them.

When I told Alison Moon what happened, Jon Lowry paid for my flight so that I didn't lose that money. He also arranged for a seminar to be conducted there the same weekend that I went, so that I and others could learn all about the seller-auction process.

So I must say that I have been very satisfied with my relationship with Visions Investment Group.
