Eric Foster of Visons Investment Group owes me a $3000 refund for a real estate investment summit I signed up for. I was told and have in writing that I could cancel the summit anytime within a year if I was unsatisfied (which I was). I talked to Alison Moon in February of 2007 about getting my refund. She told me to send in a written letter. I did and months later still hadn't heard from them. I tried to call and e-mail several times and continually got the runaround from them. (Ms. Moon always had some sort of emergency and could not talk to me).

After threatening legal action, I finally got a letter from Mr. Foster in October stating they were going to refund my money. I just needed to sign and fax the letter back to them, which I did immediately. Funny thing is, they never processed the refund. So, I called Ms. Moon again who assured me they would process it at the end of January (she said the company was having financial difficulties due to the economy).

In February, I began the court process on a money demand civil case. I tried to have the company served, but cannot find where they are legally registered. I had send the court summons to the address they list on their website (which the sheriff said is an empty office). I hope to get my money back as my family could really use it to pay for some health care bills, but I'm sure Eric, Ms. Moon and the Visions Unethical Group will keep eluding me and the other people they've ripped off.

I filed a report on 8/26/08 in regards to Visions investment group - Prosperity Real Estate - Prosperity Properties - Strategic Wealth and Capital Group and so forth. Read this report and call the phone number listed for the Utah County Attorneys office. File your complaint with all your documentation with the rest of us and they will prosecute and it won't cost you a thing. If you know anyone else ask them to do the same and also go to www.finance.groups.yahoo.com/groups/downwithvisions sign up with the several other persons who have already joined us on that site to exchange information. We need as many complaints as possible. The more the complaints to the Utah County Attorney's office the easier it will be to put these people behind bars.

Yes we finally discovered a way to bring them down for good. They will finally reap for all thier dishonest sowing. Jon Lowry just purchased a home for himself in a million dollar neighborhood, wouldn't you like to see him loose it and all his other properties he has gotton off our money? I know I want too.

There are more us in Texas with exactly the same story. We did the work, we followed their lead and after 11 months of nothing, we requested our refund. This is not an educational program. I am starting a blog so those of us can find each other to begin the process to right this wrong and let Visions know we will not stand for their lack of integrity. Look for blogs with Visions Investment.

I read your report and know your frustration, they believe they are clever but if we band together we can show them we can out smart them. Would you be willing to do a class action suit? I have asked on a couple other reports if they too would like to do one. One report did list an attorney. A class action suit once started can then involve anyone nation wide to join. At least this is what I have been told. If we can get enough people together then what was once a single strand now becomes a strong rope and we can fight back and we can win.
