Complaint Review: Vista Cars and Trucks

South Texas acceptance/Vista Cars is owned and operated by the individuals in a trailer. They work dirty deals, and are proud of it. They give you these crazy stories and talk of themselves in third parts as if it really pertains to a real bank. They got me real good. They sold me a wrecked vehicle and did not disclose it. Not only that, they took my trade in towards the wrecked vehicle and charged me street value of the vehicle. The vehicle appeared normal, but they were way to eager to sell it. I took the vehicle for a repair job a few months after purchase and the technician informed me that I had a cracked frame. I was clueless. 1 year later I tried to trade the vehicle in and the trade in value was 8000 less than it was worth because it had been in a severe head on collision per the new dealership and carfax. I admit I was so desperate for a new vehicle and under such distress that I never pulled  a carfax report. I was just happy to have a better vehicle. To date I have had over 1500.00 in repairs, and now I am dealing with  power steering issues, the frame is starting to sound like the vehicle is fixing to crash to 100 pieces. I have lost work hours because the vehicle would not start and on top of it all, I am stuck with an outrageous car note for and a vehicle I can't even trade in until it is virtually paid.  I am stuck with repairs and a car note and I can not afford both. At this rate I will have to give the vehicle back and force a voluntary repo just to stop the madness!
