Complaint Review: Vista Print - Business Max - Shopping Essentials

I recently placed an order through Vista Print for business cards, I have done so in the past and was completely satisfied with the service. but this order was different I was taken to a page that was difficult to navigate and I thought that I was clicking to get to my order confirmation page what I was doing unknown to me was ordering additional services that I was completely unaware of until I started to see charges on my credit card.

it turned out that not only had I ordered and paid for something that I did not even want but ended up with 4 subscriptions to things that I did not even want one was business max for $14.95 the other was Shopping Essentials for $14.95 and two others that I don't know the names because they had not been charged yet.

When I called Business Max I found it interesting that they said they had canceled all four of my subscriptions and at the time I had only known about 2 the other interesting note is that all of the phone numbers are in the Vista Print offices so BEWARE.

Vista Print is not operating with Good business practices. I will be speaking to an attorney and I have already filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well as the security commission.
