I ordered business cards along with other products including T-Shirts with my brand name
logo on it.
 
The Brand Name was printed properly, however, the last line of wordings was sliced in
half.  I mean the last wording showed only the upper part of the lettters and the bottom
half was missing like the last line was sliced in half straight across.

I sent an e-mail to Vista's Customer Service Dept on trying to get instruction from them
on how they want to handle the error.

Three days later I sent several email to Customer Service hoping it would get their
attention.

Four days later still no response from Customer Service.  Then I started sending emails
going up the chain of command with one of them was the Investors' Relation Office along
with the Operation Manager and the Manger of Custermer service who never resonse
to begin with.

Three days later, absolutely no response from anyone telling me that the corporate
culture is one of those companies agressively trying to get your business.  After
that, Good Luck in trying to any type of reponse or assistance.

Bottom Line is that Vista Print Corp. is a very bad company to deal with, because apprently
they DO NOT CARE about their customer.  What a sad company.
