Well lets just say this. I was filling out information from www.vistaprint.com and when I was done I paid for my business cards.

After that it had to have been about 2 days later I notice my B of A account online said that there was a charge of $61.02. I let it go for a couple of days because I have a joint account. I asked the person if they made this charge my friend said no.

Well I when to call the number and notice the last number was gone from the paper. I called the bank to find out what this was and they said they don't know anything about it. Then I made about 6 phone calls to find out what that last number was.

Then I told them that I agreed to a promtional for a service for long distance. I told them that I don't have a phone in my name how could I do that. They said well you did. I went round and round with them for 2 weeks trying to get my money back. They wouldn't give it so I called the bank back and told them the story and they said to call the police and they also revirse the charge. Now I notice some of you asked if there is something that we can do to get them out of business because I'll tell you this much they are rude people. I feel like I want to get there one phone line and cut it so they don't have interent access. but then I was thinking also if there is a bunch of hackers that can get into there stuff remember I didn't ask.

Now my business partner had the same problem from www.vistaprint.com as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you get an email saying 250 free business cards don't open it. Don't be sucked into it. Also if you want to go to http://www.fbi.gov/pressrel/pressrel03/mueller022503.htm and see if we can't get the FBI into this problem. So everyone that has fallen victum to this company call the FBI at that website.

Thank you for my rant & raven.

RESPONSE FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

#2Consumer Suggestion

After becoming a victim of Direct One LLC, I started a fraud investigation through Bank of American. We also contacted the Atty Gen of the state of California, and his office sent me paperwork so that they can investigage further. California law does not allow them to represent private individuals, such as myself, but "in the case of statewide significance, they can bring legal action on behalf of the collective legal interests of the people of this state when substantive evidence is accumulated which indicates that a firm is systematically violating California law." In otherwords, everyone who has been defrauded by this company, please bombard the Atty General's office with your complaints.
