I used Vista Print recently to order their free business cards for my job. I had no problems and was very satisfied with how quickly I got my order, so I decided to order some business cards for my husband in July.

Today, I found a transaction on my bank statement for 12.95 to Passport to Fun. I have no idea what this company is, nor did I receive any kind of enrollment verification or welcome through e-mail or postal mail. I called my bank to see what was going on, and they gave me a 1-800 number call this company. I called, and was told that yes, I did enroll, and yes, I did receive emails about it. I argued with him that I did not, but it did no good. I canceled the subscription that I didn't even know I had in the first place, and am in the process of canceling my debit card and bank account. This is the 2nd time I have been fraudulently billed for things that I knew nothing about.

I do not think Vista Print should have the right to give out my banking information to other companies without my express written consent. Am I the only one who feels this way? Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you handle the matter? And if not, any suggestions on how I can?

The same thing happened to me! I order invitations from vistaprint and I had a $12.95 charge from businessmaxx, thank goodness they cancelled it and credited. But, I will never order from vistaprint again. I called to let them know what happend and they just blamed me and said I authorized the charge in a pop up box. I always "x" out pop up boxes because they annoy me so I know I didn't authorize! I called vistaprint and spoke to a supervisor to have all my info deleted from their computers hoping that it doesn't happen again.
