Buyer beware!  While visita prints may be fun to use and cost effective for small business owners, their customer service or lack thereof is not worth the savings or the time and frustration, for that matter!  They have no phone number visable to the public they serve. And should you manage to get it, when you do call it you get nothing but auto prompts which do nothing but direct you to the help page online, so it's meaningless. I happen to get the number from a previous order where I had to complain about something and someone actually called me back.  When I complained there is no phone number I was given the number I have.  Since I thought it was a legitimate customer service number I tried all the prompts with the same result, nothing nada zip. Apparently the only way you can get through to a human is if they call you. Good luck in that. I had to pratically  threaten their reputation in order to get that return call,  And send numerious letters in order to even get a phone call.

While their products are appealing and can be attractive, at check out you are made to click through numerious screens, which if your not careful will "GETCHA" to agree with a second purchase you didn't want.  Try eliminating that at checkout is impossible.  You have to cancel the order, but you can't cancel the order until you check out first!  GOTCHA!  There is no known way to delete any additional purchases they snagged you with along the long tiring way to the check out. If there is a way its clearly not visable to the naked eye. 

Additionaly, if you do cancel your order before it is processed which is what I had to resort to, you can't even get a refund!  Even though I was sent a cancellation confirmation immediately upon canceling my order. Two weeks when I expect to see the money back in my account, I get nothing but a letter saying I have a credit and I can use it now!  It also say if I have any questions I can (click here).  Should you click here, you get nothing but the either the nightmarish help screen (which doesnt address wheres my money?) or you are taken to the log in screen to use your CREDIT!   As someone who has a no  patience for companies that rip me off why in gods name would I want to kept in this continuous nightmarish loop working with a company that has no customer service whatsoever?

Forget it, I'd rather just eat the mistake lick my wounds, learn from it and move on. Which is I'm sure what they are banking on, since most small business orders aren't that expensive. I would have loved to order more expensive items based on what they offer, but if I can't get any satisfaction over a simple business card order for 20-30 bucks why would I even try to order 100 t-shirts or anything else that requires a bigger investment?

Would I use them again NO WAY!  I've used them before and have gone back only because they were the cheapest thing around. However at some point cost becomes less of a consideration. They used to be good a few years back but they have become so large that they seem to have forgotten what made them so good in the first place.
