Complaint Review: VISTA Satellite Communications Inc.

Avoid VISTA Satellite Communications Inc. Go with a more reputable larger company. They do everything possible to cut corners and nickle and dime you. The equipment they use is out of date and unreliable. Many red flags went off after seeing their facility. I wish I would have listened to my gut.

I have nothing against family owned companies, however, their poor business practices are being used to fund their family's lavish lifestyle. None of the money is reinvested in fixing or purchasing equipment
Unless it comes to vacationing, luxury properties, automobiles and expensive clothes they won't spend a dime.

The pricing quotes you receive as a client are just made up numbers they use to try and get as much money out of you as possible. VISTA Satellite's Vice President, Josh Liemer deals with clients. His lack of experience is the first thing that becomes evident when dealing with him. I became suspicious that he was just making things up about the services they offer. Little did I know at the time that my suspicions were right.

I also had the chance to deal with VISTA Satellite's owner, Roy Liemer. From what I can gather, he leaves his company running on autopilot while he drinks himself stupid. (There is a fully stocked bar next to his desk)

Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. Go with a more reputable larger company that stays up to date with technology. You'll save a lot of money and heartache.
