Complaint Review: Vistaprint/businessmax123

i ordered business cards from vista print back on nov. 17th 2008. i went on line on the 18th to make sure everything had gone through and i noticed that they had signed me up for businessmax123 at $14.95 monthly. i immediately called and cancelled, they gave me a cancellation # etc.

when i went into my online banking in december they had taken 14.95 from my account. after much to do w/the bank, i called the telephone # that was beside the withdrawal and again cancelled. well, they took the 14.95 out again this month january 2009. after much to do w/my bank again. i went on line and tried to get into the site. i put in my membership number and it came back that i could not gain access because i had cancelled on november 18, 2008.

now i can not get in touch with anyone on any phone # listed and the bank is still letting it go through because they said that it appears to be legitimate. does anyone know how to get them to reimburse the money and stop them from taking it other then having the bank issue me a different debit card???
