I purchased some business cards from VistaPrint. In the process of registering on the vistaprint.com website in order to purchase the business cards, they sign you up for a $13 monthly BusinessMax/VistaPrint Insider membership. The membership is supposed to allow you to get discounts on business/office products, but it is really just a scam.

The VistaPrint signup form does not say anything about BusinessMax or how much the membership costs, and it is "BusinessMax", not "VistaPrint Insider" that showed up on my credit card statement. Copy Pasted here is a paragraph from the VistaPrint.com registration:
[checkbox] "Yes, I am interested in being a VistaPrint Insider. As a VistaPrint Insider I will receive information about new VistaPrint products, services and promotional offers, as well as free samples and regular discounts as high as 90% off!"

As you see, it does not mention billing you $13 per month for this membership. VistaPrint is highly deceptive in its practice of getting people to sign up for this "VistaPrint Insider" which in turn, signs you up for BusinessMax. In addition, when contacting VistaPrint to cancel this BusinessMax membership, they refuse to credit for any of the BusinessMax fees except the current month. The do not refund past months of this membership charge, even if you never used the membership and/or were unable to contact them.
