Ordered business cads from www.vistaprint.it on feb24 ,2005 ord. N. 19502-89012-7I2.They report on the order :Tempi di Spedizione Previsti: 21 Giorni (forecasted delivery time 21days).
Considering that the site is a .it ,you are leaded to believe that the Company has an italian branch.
The Company doesn't have any office in Italy. I tried to send e-mails to the Customers service address and the answer is that there are not enough emplyoees for that job ,but if you write in english to the address italyengsupport@vistaprint.com you will get an answer.
Yes you will get another computer generated answer.
By the end you don't have any physical person to speak with for your complain. Credit card (of course)charged at the order time.
How do you say in your Country zhen yuo don't what you paid for ?In my Country there it's called FRAUD
