I do not know if VistaPrint conducts illegal activity. However, I believe their Internet registration format is designed to be tedious and deceitful when ordering. I believe questions and prompts are given after an initial purchase to confuse the consumer into purchasing services unknowingly.
I have sent the following message to my credit card company.
To whom it may concern:
In mid January, I ordered business cards from VistaPrint. I was billed on my Discover More card on January 21, 2008 for the correct price of $21.14.
Since that time, VistaPrint has billed me $14.95 three separate times for merchandize and/or services I neither ordered nor received. Those times were February 21, 2008 (billed twice) and February 25, 2008. In fact, I have been assigned three separate ID account numbers by VistaPrint for what I believe are "nefarious" operations.
After reviewing this VistaPrint "account" for the first time, I cancelled all memberships today (March 2, 2008). Please, please do not pay VistaPrint anything should they "assign" another account to me.
I am also asking that Discover refund the total cost of those three charges, $44.85 to my account.

P.S. After further research at www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/287/RipOff0287429.htm
I have learned that VistaPrint operates within the "shade" of the law. I believe we consumers should be protected from this financial predator. Thank you.
