VIT Vision Improvements Technologies Or See Clearly Method RIP OFF!!!! I CALLED ON THE DAY THEY TOLD ME TO FOR THE RMA # TO RETURN PRODUCT. SORRY YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS. CALLED IOWA DIRECTILY OPERATOR TOLD ME SHE IS NOT TO DIRECT MY CALL TO ANYONE. THEN HUNG UP ON ME. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. Des Moines Iowa
I phone two weeks ago to get the RMA # to return my package. A salesman Mike at ext. 5518 talked me into keeping it until my warranty date. He also offered to give me $100.00 discount. I told him I wasn't interested and wanted to return it.
After much pressure I agreed to keep it and return it no matter what he said. I called today for my RMA# and they told me my warranty had expired on the 21st of Feb. They said "sorry nothing we can do" I was furious and demanded to talk to the supervisor.
I have called him 3 times and only get his voicemail. Same with Mike at ext 5518. It seems they are available when they want to sale you something but no where in sight when you have problems or request a return. I got a hold of the actual company in Iowa called the Vision Improvement Technology group. Only the operator would help me. She said she had orders to not allow someone like me with a complaint through. She then hung up on me.
What kind of business is this that preys on innocent people. Obviously their plan is to talk their victims in to keeping the items knowing they will miss a day or forget and they are then stuck. I have never, never dealt with such a ruthless company before. They need to be stopped. Is it possible to shut these people down? If I can be of help please contact me.

THE SAGA NEVER ENDS. THE COMPANY KEEPS SENDING THREATENING LETTERS THAT THEY ARE GOING TO TURN ME INTO THE CREDIT BUREAU. THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT BACK IN THEIR HANDS BUT YET I AM SUPPOSE TO PAY FOR IT. NO WILL TALK TO ME ABOUT IT OR TRY TO RESOLVE IT.
THEY KEEP INSISTING I OWE THEM MONEY FOR IT. THIS IS AN AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. STAY AWAY FROM IT EVERYONE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.
THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND RUN. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN. ANY ONE OUT THEIR WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS AND KNOW THE LEGAL PROCESS OF CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.
PLEASE DO!!! I AM AT MY WITS END TRYING TO GET THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND CLEAR THIS MATTER UP.
THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THEIR RMA# TO RETURN THEIR ITEM. I SENT IT ANYHOW ONE DAY AFTER THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL. (WASN'T FREE THEY GOT THE FIRST MONTH FEE OF 70.00 OF MY MONEY AND WON'T REFUND IT BACK TO ME.)
THEY ARE KEEPING THE PRODUCT AND STILL WANT ME TO PAY THE BALANCE.
WHEN I ASKED HOW THEY COULD DO THAT WHEN THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT BACK IN HAND. THEY SAID THEY WOULD COLLECT FROM ME OR TURN ME INTO THE CREDIT BUREAU. WHEN THEY RECEIVE THEIR MONEY THEY WOULD SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO ME.
I SAID IF I WANTED THE PRODUCT I WOULD HAVE KEPT IT. I SENT IT BACK FOR A REFUND. THIS IS THE FIRST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN THIS MANNER.
IT IS UNCONCEIVABLE THEY CAN GET BY WITH THIS. I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE IN THE SAME BOAT I AM IN. PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD AND HELP IF YOU CAN.
