On Dec Purchased a beauty creme sample for the cost of shipping ($4.95) and, during check out, was offered a second creme sample, also for the cost of shipping ($4.95).  When reviewing my bank statements, discovered that I was charged 3 amounts, one for 4.95 from Vite Eye Serum, one for $3.95 from Bueno Beauty, and another for $1.00 from Bueno Beaty.  Two weeks later I found a posting for a $99 charge from Bueno Beauty on my account listed as a subscription charge.  The description of the posting to my account contained a number which appeared to be a phone number (8555111244).

When I googled that number, it brought me to this website and a ripoff report for beauty creme.  That report included an email address, which I used to look up a website and get a customer service number.  When I called the number, the audio kept breaking up making communication almost impossible.  Nonetheless, they told me I was not one of their customers.  At that point I called the phone number on my charge description, which rang busy.  Finally I contacted my bank.  They gave me a different number to call (8555111568) and toild me to do the following:

1) Call that number (which is Vita Eye Serum's #) and tell them that I wanted to cancel all services and products.
2) Get a confirmation numb er from them for the concallation.
3) Ask if they also represent Bueno Beauty.  If they do, do the same for Bueno Beauty.
4) Ask for a refund for unreceived products.
5) Record everything I did and everything that happened.

I called Vita Eye Serum and spoke with "Dakota".  While Dakota was an excellent representative of his company's interests, he wasn't less than stellar where my interests were concerned.  After some hassle on the phone, he finally agreed to cancel my products and services, but would offer no confimration number, instead he sent me an email which says:

"Thank you for using Beauty Wrinkle Reducer First Rebill. This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.

If you have any questions about the cancellation of this subscription, or if you would like to re-activate the same in the future, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team."

Now, I have no idea who "Beauty Wrinkle First Rebill" is, and why they represent Vita Eye Serum or Bueno Beauty, but I'll accept that they aren't going to bill me with a tad of cynical expectation that I'm not yet done with them.  In any case, I was told that the $99.95 charge was for the materials I had already received, and to receive a refund I had to return them by Jan 17, 2017.  After that it could be as many as 12 business days (which I nterpretted to be 15 while on the phone) before I saw a refund.

The last thing I was given was two RMA numbers and the mailing address for the cremes.  The format of the address was to be as follows:
RMA [long RMA # for one creme, which I read back to "Dakota"]
RMA [long RMA # for the other creme, which I read back as well]
1812 West Sunset Blvd #34
Saint George, Utah  84770

We are now well beyond the refund period and no refund has been posted to my account.  I don't know what the prupose was for the RMAs other than to give the impression that a refund was forecoming without actually providing a refund.
