Vita Face Cream Face Cream Scam Pendleton Indiana
I requested a "14 Day Free Trail" of Allure Face Cream for $4.95. After waiting 7 days of the trial for the product to be received, I received something called Lux Dermatologie. On 5-7-17 I was charged $99.95 for the product.
I contacted the Vita Face Cream company, after going thru my bank to get a phone number since they provide no phone number on any papers or bottles that they send to you. Which I am told is not legal. According to other companies I have talked with, all products MUST by law have a telephone number on the label. The lady I spoke with said there is no way to refund my money unless I return the "Unopened" product. I asked "How are you suppose to try a product if you don't open it?" She coouldn't answer that.
I told her to cancel my account and was offered 50% discount for my next order. I said "No, cancel the account." This company is a scam.
