 I ordered what I thought was a free trial of their product. However, in the small print which I failed to see or read it was stated that after 14 days I would be charged and signed up for a monthly subscription plan. When my bank account was charged $89.99 I immediately called my bank to dispute this. Upon finding out that this was a monthly recurring subscription that I had signed up for I immediately called the company. I was told that this was in the FinePrint, and when I had clicked on the agreement that I was 18 years or older I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I spoke with the representative and told them I had no knowledge of this and I had not seen it in the fine print. It was definitely my error for not checking better. I acknowledge this to the person I spoke with. I ask for a refund to my account as I did not want this. They say they give a 100% guarantee on their product. I find this to be not true. I told them their advertising practices were very deceptive . And it if it was a trial and a sign-up to a monthly subscription that should've been openly stated and not in the fine print. I am definitely not happy with this company at all could not get my issue resolved and money refunded. What recourse do I have? Any help or advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
