Complaint Review: Vitadigest

I [;aced an order from VITADIGET in September about the 21st. i called their toll free number on the 24th of September which is listed on the website and it gave me a busy singal. My order was suppossed to be shipped via Fed-Ex in 3-5 days. Well I am still waiting. i also used their direct number and it is Suppose to be customer service but you have to leave a voice message in the mail and someone is suppose to call back. That will never happen just like my supplements that i ordered. They also have a nerve to be listed with the Beter Business Bureau as "Satisfactory". HUmph!
