VitaFree Horrible Customer Service stop jerking me around

I ordered this stuff in August... emailed MANY times, they claim to have no record of my order, but sent ME a confirmation after the initial purchase.

Folks:
My records show that you processed my payment On August 21st. It is now October 12th. I don't know what calendar you're using... but mine shows that as 7 weeks. Please stop jerking me around, and send my order or credit my card.
