Complaint Review: VitaFree C/O Concepts Fullfillment

Sir : On July 18 2001 I placed an order over the internet to VitaFree for products. That same day they charged my credit card for $ 119.15 U.S. for the product and shipping. This is now October 18 2001 and I still have not received my order. The Shipping policy states that exact delivery dates vary Please Allow four to six weeks for some products. This 4 - 6 week period still should have been delivered before the Tradgedy on September 11 . I requested the full $ 119.15 U.S. be put back onto my credit card .
Several attempts to talk to the Vitafree Company got the same story." ITS IN THE MAIL " This is unacceptable.
