VitaFree ripoff Internet
I ordered a hair vitamin type supplement from VitaFree.com on Jan 22, 2002 which was to arrive to me in 2 to 4 weeks from that date. VitaFree never shipped it. VitaFree cashed my check for $95.40 on Feb 22, 2002.
Numerous calls were made to there customer support where they kept telling me it was backordered. I requested a refund which they agreed to send me but never have. They have not responded to over 60 emails I have sent them since April.
I have spoken to 2 VitaFree supervisors on May 8 and May 30 - they cannot offer any explanation as to why I have never received my refund, they just give you the typical "we'll look into it" bs.

It obviously took a long time, but a key member of Vitafree's staff took notice and personally took care sending my refund to me. It arrived today and I had a conversation with this professional who assured me that Vitafree is trying hard to fix issues regarding refunds and shipping.
