I ordered from them for over 4 yrs, never had a problem, sent tons of customers their way also, but this last time, it took over 4 weeks to get my order, and it was only some of it, they do NOT respond to emails, and answer the phoen then get very rude and angry when you pose a problem, I asked for the items to be cancelled cause I didnt want to wait another month for them, and asked to credit my credit card, which he said he would and hung up on me, 4 months later NO refund, called again and they put u on hold forever and never come back, called again got someone different, put on hold, then owner came on and said we'll call u back, never did, I filed a BBB report and will call my credit card co for full refund, screw them, do not order from them, put them outta business!
