VitaGlo Discount Natural Foods Bad business practices, horrible customer service, delayed shipping Internet

My recent experience with VitaGlo was nightmare! This company clearly fails to deliver on its promises although their website indicates "most orders ship within 24 business hours, and are delivered within 7-10 days via UPS" and "If you have not received your order within 10 business days" to contact them via email.

They will charge your credit card immediately but not ship your products out for weeks on end. No follow up e-mail is done so you're left wondering if/when the item ships. This left me, the consumer, having to first e-mail then finally call to find out what the status is of my order.

Upon calling, you'll realize their customer service is horrible and they come off like they truly do not care (which, sadly, is true.) I was given the runaround 3-4 times from Mike and another woman on when my item actually shipped. This dragged on for nearly three weeks.

Now, here's the scary part--when I contacted their direct supplier of the particular item I was waiting for, I discovered they stopped sending their products to VitaGlo because they were not being compliant. This makes me wonder just what the heck is in their products?

Here's the good news for those who have been ripped off--you can get your money back--I did! You must contact your credit card company and report them after 15 days from date of purchase. VISA is amazing and has high standards, so my dispute was a breeze. The only part you must do as the consumer is return all items to VitaGo...ta da!
