Complaint Review: Vital Essentials Raw

I had read online about an issue with this Company over the weekend regarding some really disturbing advice that a customer service rep had supposedly given a customer telling her to starve her cat. Well a local pet store carries this brand and I was considering buying it for my two dogs and called them to ask about this issue I read about in hopes to clear it up that it wasn't true. The lady I spoke with was rude and refused to talk about the situation which leads me to believe it must be true. She kept saying that she has no comments on it and that if I don't have a question regarding their product to not call. What the heck!? Thanks so much for clearing it up!!! I guess I won't be buying your crap.
