On the 14th of February I ordered vitamins at a supposedly super discounted price. They informed me that the product was shipped on 2/16/05 and I would receive it in 14 days. I emailed them on the 15th, 16, and 19th days requesting an update on the status of the shipment. I emailed them twice more requesting a reminder on my membership password. I even sent 2 emails threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau and your organization. To date, I haven't received a response or the product. Even if it shows up days from now I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.
