Worst company ever, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VITALCHEK. They still your money, lie about the processing time for Birth Certificates etc.. I know so many people who had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a birth certificate 3 weeks later, still nothing , I didnt get an email or anything, asked for a refund they refunded me half of my money. I could of got the birth certificate the same day but no I trusted this site. NEVER AGAIN, when I called to get the rest of my money the lady stated once you use there service you can not get a refund for the processing part, but they didn't process sh*% so its a scam. They pretend to process you order, never send and keep your money. AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL COST, OR IT WILL COST YOU!!!!!
