I have dealt with the incompetence and self serving lies from Dr. Levinson's staff for almost three years.  His staff turnover is off the chart.  Always another underpaid clown who has no clue regarding case management.  Being a DAN! doctor does not mean you know how to run a business.

Examples of this incompetence are best seen when you follow up on tests and try to move the ball forward.  
Levinson has actually told me he was in the room when his office manager Oscar called me to set up an infusion.  The number dialed was not mine and I can't imagine how Oscar was left a message for someone else.  Another lie was around emails I have also been told by Levinson were sent in his presence.  Odd that I have never had any issue getting emails, except this incredibly important one!  And of course if you raise your voice in frustration you are labeled a problem client.  

Well guess what, the squeaky wheel gets the oil, and I make noise when it comes to my son.  He knows the medicine, but what good is it if he can't run the business around it.

Save your money and your frustration.  This is NOT the DAN! doctor for you!

Basically DAN! consists of testing and then choosing a plan of action.  Last month I get the "courtesy call" (AKA billing confirmation) the day before my appointment call.  I tell the most recent front desk girl that we haven't done the infusion and therefor we have nothing to talk about.  She tells me that I didn't cancel in time (24 hrs.) as it was only 22 hours before the appointment.  I can't believe that I'm not getting any calls to do the infusion, and now I have to have an appointment with no relevant new data. 
To add insult to injury I then find out that my ex, who had checked out of the DAN! process for months, suddenly in light of the divorce proceeding decides she needs to have her own $500/hour appointment.  Instead of telling her to get on the already scheduled appointment, Levinson schedules another $500/hr call for her THE DAY BEFORE!!

So not only do I have no new tests because his staff leaves messages on the wrong number, but I now have to have TWO appointments. This "money first, service maybe" sort of attitude is what you can expect from this practice. Find another DAN!  This guy is about HIS income, not about YOUR kids.
