I have very bad teeth and wanted to have the dentist do a little fixing. When i saw the add for a free sample of Vitality Smile and Lucky Brite I was very happy. I would be able to do the work and have the dentist only do a little. For the price of $1.95 for each for shipping and handling only, i thought it was a dream come true.
Everything was going fine. The product seems to be working after only 10 days, but what they don't tell you at any time is that 7 days from when you place your order they charge you an additional "FEE". I guess that is what you could call it. No notice that this money was coming out of my account, just all of the sudden there were two charges $78.00 and $119.00.
I pulled all of the paperwork that they sent (an invoice for each) and looked and did not find anything to show why they charged me more. There is no number to contact them at all. I am currently trying to find either their number on line and work with my bank to cancel my card (the charged more once, who's to say they won't do it again) and to see about finding out how to contact them so that they can explain and hopefully return my money to me.
The money that they so willingly took was money to pay my bills and keep electricity, gas and water on. I am a single mother with two growing boys to feed and take care of. I thought it would be great to fix my teeth with these companies. They don't give time for their product to fully work like they claim and they still charge you when they never for warned you that the charge was coming.
Becareful that this company does not hurt you the way it has hurt me. if i am able to get this resolved i will post back on here what happened.
