In December 2017 I found a Human Touch Chair on the Vitality Web website and purchased it for $999.00.  Within a matter of a few months the bonded leather on the chair (which is paper thin) began de-laminating or falling off leaving only the foam below it. This delaminating happened on the back of the chair, the foot of the chair, the arms of the chair. I did not do any damage to this chair- I just started sitting in it and it began falling apart.

I contact Vitality Web and they told me I had to contact Human Touch- the manufacturer of the chair. Then Human Touch said I had to go through Vitality Web. After many emails and phone calls to Vitality Web and Human Touch I learned that these bonded leather chairs were a KNOWN PROBLEM and that Vitality Web purchased them from Human Touch and sold them online at a discount.

When contacted, Customer Service person Rosie of Vitality Web told me that I should have seen the disclaimer on their website that they offer ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY ON THIS CHAIR.  I did not see that or I would not have bought a chair from them.

Vitality Web ripped me off for $999.00 and are refusing to assist me in any way.

I have filed a BBB complaint against them.
