Complaint Review: Vitalrecords/csiworldwide/clickbank Or Clicksales Inc

Looks like another Texan had the same problem. Similar scam. Splash screen vitalrecords.us.com provides various types of records search (birth, divorce, criminal, etc). It said it found the record I was looking for. I signed up and it provided me access/membership to csiworldwide.com. Guess what, when I HAD to run the query again, it couldn't find the previous result.

In the meantime, each search was debiting from the initial $40 signup fee. Email of membership had no receipt number/info which is requied if you want to contact csiworldwide customer support. The email is "no reply" type. I called my credit card company and they indicated the billing entity is called click sales inc. I will dispute with credit card company after it posts to my account but I'm not holding out much hope.

A word of advice, when using the vitalrecords.us.com search (or similar type site), try having it locate the same info at various locations. Example: I went back and had found results for my grandfather having a marriage records for three different states and he was married only once! That would have been clue enough and kept me from signing up if I had done it in the first place. Good Luck and BEWARE!
