On 4/2/2009 I authorized $5.95 to be charged to my debit card for a free 15 day trial for vitalrezv. The frist attempt to deliver was on 4/11. I finally signed for it on 4/22. That very day I recieved an email from them saying since I did not send the product back they charged my account $79.95. WHAT! I never agreed to that.

I wrote several emails and never got a response. I called my bank and changed my number on my card so they could not charge any more on it. My bank said it was probably a scam that usually when they say free trial pay shipping only they have your number and that's all they wanted. I disputed the charges and my bank is investigating but will probably never see the money.

I am not taking any of those vitamins because it came from China and I don't know for sure what they really are. I should have known something wasn't right when the site would not accept my AE or VISA only my debit card would go through. I feel so stupid. I never buy anything off these sites.

DEE......I don't like you tone. Stating that people basically deserved what they got. This company purposely tricked people and then ....even if you had read the fine print and accepted the one charge....you are unable to cancel Why are you defending this practice? You should be ashamed of yourself.

I was scammed by these jerks too!!! I fought back the best I could.
Yes we agreed to the charge because they hide it it FINE PRINT!!!!!

After realizing they had buried the conditions of the automatic charging and the fact the time you have to reject the product starts the day you place the order not the day you received it...I saw the $85 dollar charge on my card!

Then I realized the company had dead end e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. So I called my bank and insisted they charge it back...that it was a scam! When they resisted I asked to cancel my VISA card with my bank (not change the number--Tell them you want a new card!!! They tried to tell me there was no point ---these merchants can "force through charges if they chose"----even if you have changed cards. I told them that in that case I may be closing closing all of my accounts. They soon changed their mind and charged it back and put the onus back on the thieves to contest the charges. Keep all E-mails you have sent to the "company" explicitly stating you are canceling your account and any future orders. The bank may need these if the merchant fights back.

The truth is these crooks are fighting so mant charge-backs that they probably won't contest them if you can get the bank on your side.

CHARGE IT BACK!!!

Force your bank to do the same. In all honesty I was expecting I might get stuck for the first charge because of the fine print--I was more concerned about ongoing charges at that point.
By the way...I never even received the product.

This is not MY company. In fact, I have nothing to do with this company. Thank you.

NOT ABLE TO CANCEL ITEM

The information given by your company did not allow anyone to cancel the order either by internet or phone. The phone number given was 5195332218 and was nothing other than an automated system which would not allow you to cancel. The internet URL given www.verifyyourorder.com is a joke. All the information given was entered and tried several times to cancel to no avail. This in itself is misleading that in itself no one could cancel an order after it was placed. It was by another company that I was able to obtain the number above only to find out it was bogas.

Actually, you DID agree to the charge...

Did you bother to read the terms and conditions you were advised you were agreeing to by placing the order? Obviously not.

You signed up for a TRIAL... When you sign up for those trials you must read the Terms & Conditions that you are agreeing to. The terms state that if you do not call within a certain timeframe to cancel your membership, you agree to pay monthly fees.

The trials usually start on either the date you place the order or they date they deliver the product (also stated in the T&C). You stated they attempted to deliver the product on 4/11/09 it's not their problem that you were not there to receive the product. The trial began on 4/11/09 and since you did not call to cancel within the stated trial period, you agreed to be charged.

You were NOT ripped off. Next time be a little smarter and understand everything you are agreeing to and don't file false reports.
