VitaLuminance $4.95 "sample" offered on internet became a 98.00 charge to my checking account - 2 $98 charges does not appear on jar Wisconsin
I replied to an internet offer for 2 samples of eye firming cream to pay shipping only at $4.95. Got both samples and did not see any directions indicating I needed to call to cancel. My bank statement now shows two charges of $98 each!
I feel this is a rip-off because further contact instructions to buy or cancel were not plain. I am a reasonably intelligent senior and I would NEVER have ordered $180.00 worth of face cream!
I called their number at 800 745 5460 and was basically told "Too bad." They would refund only if I had not opened the jars.
