On the 8 th of october 2018 i ordered 2 birth certificates from vitalusrecords.com i have not recieved anything from them yet and on october 11 2018 they took 59 dollars each plus a fee for international fee of 1.77 each total of 121.54.
They are a rip off dont use i really needed those certificates to get drivers licences for my sister and her partner now i have to pay again and be really careful they need to go to jail.
