VitaNet Have not received 11/07/2011 order! Internet

I placed an order online November 7, 2011. For awhile I was able to check on it's status; then I could no longer get into my account. I tried to reset the password and I never received the email they state should arrive in a couple minutes. When I call the voice mail box is full and I get a message they are experiencing high call volumes. I placed a moderately large order and am upset they do not communicate it's status to me. Also, I have had to get the product elsewhere so have paid twice. I am on unemployment and can not afford to do this. VitaNet was recommended through a reputable site. I am going to email them that perhaps they should no longer recommend them.
